JANUARY We extend a very warm welcome to all who are worshipping with us today,
especially to visitors. If you have moved to Pitlochry we would be very pleased if you would worship with us regularly. Please make yourselves known to the duty elders or the Ministers as you
leave. The Minister, (our recently appointed Locum) Revd. Geoff Davis, (tel. 01887 820224), or the Associate Minister
Revd Christine Creegan, (tel. 472422), would be most grateful to be advised of any members who are ill, especially those in hospital, or of other cases of pastoral
need. TODAY ·
We welcome the Convener, members and staff from the World Mission Council, representatives from the
Presbyteries of Duns and Dunkeld and Meigle and the Rev. Lilly Twist from the Methodist Church who will present a Bible from the Scottish Bible Society to Malcolm and
Cati. Revd Fraser Penny will be leading the service and the preacher is the Very Rev. Dr. Andrew McLellan, Convener of the World
Mission Council. · Both Words only and Large Print copies of CH4 are available in the
Porch. Those who use them are asked to return them there after the service. ·
Younger children leave for Sunday Club after the second hymn in the church. Older children will remain in church for the rest of the service. ·
There will be no tea or coffee, after the service. ·
A light lunch will be served in The Tryst after the service for those who have put their name on the list. Monday 30 January At 7.30pm. Moulin and Pitlochry History Circle meets in The Tryst Hall.
Sgt Willie McFarlane on “An Arresting Story: History of Policing in Perthshire”. Visitors welcome (£3). Tuesday 31 January At 7.30pm. Scottish country dancing class is in The Tryst Hall. New members most welcome. Contact: Linda Gaul (472366).
Wednesday 1 February · At 10am. the Tryst for Prayer continues in The Tryst. All are welcome at this time of singing, silence, meditation and both spoken and silent prayer. · At 10.30am. coffee and pancakes are served in The Tryst Lounge by members of the Guild. All most welcome. · At 6.30pm. choir practice will take place in The Tryst. · At 7.45pm. Choral Society resumes rehearsals in The Tryst Hall.
Sunday 5 February At 10.30am. the Sacrament of Communion will be celebrated.
Monday 6 February At 7pm. the Tryst Management Committee meets in The Tryst Lounge.
Tuesday 7 February · At 2.30pm. Finance Committee meeting in the Tower Room. · At 7.30pm. Scottish country dancing class is in The Tryst Hall. New members most welcome. Contact: Linda Gaul (472366).
Wednesday 8 February · At 10am. the Tryst for Prayer continues in The Tryst. All most welcome. · At 10.30am. Talents Group meets in The Tryst Lounge and continues every second week at the same time until further notice. All are most welcome at this time of creativity and fellowship. · At 2.30pm. the Guild meets in The Tryst. This is an informal meeting on 'thanking God for His creation’. Please bring a photo, postcard or calendar view that has caused you to stop in wonder at the beauty of God's creation. All welcome! · At 6.30pm. choir practice will take place in The Tryst. · At 7.45pm. Choral Society resumes rehearsals in The Tryst Hall.

Thursday 16 February At 7.30pm. Congregational Board Meeting in The Tryst Lounge. Members who
do not receive Minutes by e-mail please uplift from front of church. Intimations to be
included in next Sunday’s service sheet should be in the hands of the Church Secretary, Mrs. Helaine Ross, by, at the very latest, 9.30am. on Friday.
